D A Y – T E N 

Today I’m going on holiday eeee. But you’ll have to wait until tomorrow to hear about the start of my adventures so stay tuned. 

So yesterday..

Breakfast 

Won’t bore you with ANOTHER picture of porridge but that’s what I had, with my usual sprinkling of blueberries. 

Lunch 

This was a bit random but was trying to reduce my carbs as I’ve been feeling massively bloated. 

  • Blueberry Skyr
  • 2x protein oat cookies
  • Blueberries

Not sure if your noticing the blueberry theme yet..

Snacks 


  • 2x protein shakes
  • Sweet chilli pea snacks

These are the strangest things but taste so yummy and provide a source of protein, bonus! If you want to try them they are from Aldi.

Dinner

  • Ginger infused noodles
  • Mushrooms
  • Peppers
  • Broccoli

Perfect post gym fill up. Had my fave class of the week; body pump and, as I like to do when I feel ready, upped my squat weight. By no means a bodybuilder yet but bums don’t build themselves!
Now going to be 4 days out of the gym but I assure you I’ll be making up for it with plenty of walking!
Won’t be tracking my macros whilst away as that’s a bit over the top for me, holidays are a chance to relax and let your hair down a bit and that’s exactly what I intend on doing!
