D A Y – N I N E

Happy hump day guys! 

Yesterday’s reflection: 

Breakfast 


Went all out with the double fruit!

  • Oats
  • Milk
  • Blueberries
  • Banana

Lunch 

Last nights left overs..

  • Rather anemic looking chicken breast
  • Vegetable rice mixed with quinoa and mushrooms

Snacks

  • 1x protein shake
  • 2x protein cookies

Dinner 

Before I continue I have a slight confession to make here; I did go out for dinner last night as it was my best friends birthday Monday and it’s only right to treat her. Still tried to keep it relatively healthy though..


Tapas! We went for:

  • Spicy chicken quesadillas
  • Grilled halloumi
  • Chorizo & gambas in garlic & chilli
  • Harrisa spiced chicken skewers
  • Patatas bravas

Yum yum yum!

This was courtesy of Mckenzies (click the link to check it out). We had wanted to go to Los Gatos (again a link for your pursual) which I can’t recommend enough but unfortunately it was fully booked so went for a firm fave of ours.
