Happy hump day guys!
Went all out with the double fruit!
Last nights left overs..
- Rather anemic looking chicken breast
- Vegetable rice mixed with quinoa and mushrooms
- 1x protein shake
- 2x protein cookies
Before I continue I have a slight confession to make here; I did go out for dinner last night as it was my best friends birthday Monday and it’s only right to treat her. Still tried to keep it relatively healthy though..
- Spicy chicken quesadillas
- Grilled halloumi
- Chorizo & gambas in garlic & chilli
- Harrisa spiced chicken skewers
- Patatas bravas
