Started my weekend off right with a body pump class at the gym followed by a brunch of toast, avocado and two poached eggs. That’s where the ‘right’ ended..
Unfortunately my will power hasn’t quite extended to cover Saturdays just yet.
When your long lost friend comes to visit what better way is there to catch up other than having some yummy food and cocktails? (which may have extended to wine and shots also, oopsy)
- Cajun chicken
- Sour cream
- Spicy rice
- Toasted tortillas
So about 3 million calories.
Defo going to have to put in even more effort this week to make up for this treat but so be it.
Week 2 sees my calories drop and a holiday, lets go!
