Got home yesterday to a fridge filled with copious fresh veg, lean meat and plenty of goodness. Good work mum.
So the first of the healthy eating meals went off without a hitch.
A scrummy stir fry which was combined with some chicken and noodles.
Completed my second class at the gym last night (body pump) and am now unable to walk up/down the stairs properly – good job there are lifts at work!
Progress has started well, they say it takes 21 days for something to become a habit so another 19 days and it should all be a solid part of my routine after my little lapse over the festive period.
If anyone is the slightest bit interested in trying out a class to get a feel for it then Simply Gym Swindon charge £5 for non members, but you do need to book at least 24 hours in advance as they do fill up quickly.
