Made use of my minimal chef skills for this one…
Added some sweet and sour sauce – I did cheat and use a jar.
And then poured the lot over some egg noodles.
Took a whole 20 minutes and was delicious and not to mention relatively healthy.
Also ideal when you make enough to take some for lunch the following day.
Update on gym activities this week:
Monday – body pump and body attack
Tuesday – cross trainer and treadmill
Wednesday – body pump and spin
Thursday – body attack booked
Friday – food
Upping my game with the double classes, which is killing me slightly but will all be worth it!
