So many yummy meals in this book cannot wait to try them all.
Got the fridge stocked with goods ready for a week of cookery classes:
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
75g chorizo, finely diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 x 240g skinless chicken breast fillet, cut into 1cm slices
salt and pepper
4 cheery tomatoes, sliced in half
3 big fistfuls of baby spinach leaves
1 ball of mozzarella, torn into chunks
20g pine nuts
My gym has been going through some refurb and they’ve added lots of new machines which I’m excited to try out along with doing my usual classes. As I’ve said before if you lack motivation you could adopt a gym buddy or try some classes. I find them an excellent way of getting a work out without having to really think about anything as you get full instructions throughout. And you can’t walk out of a class half way through right?
With winter practically here now it’s a great chance to work on your body ready for that grand reveal next summer. As nice as it would be, making gains is not an overnight process and can take months of hard work to achieve. For someone like myself who is addicted to food those months increase so the next 10 months is a pretty realistic time frame to get the progression I’m looking for. Don’t feel disheartened when you see famous faces getting dream bods in a matter of weeks; remember they’ve potentially got a lot more free time, a lot more money to pay for high class trainers and sponsors jumping to provide them with all the necessary supplements and meals.
For me that is not realistic and I’m sure a lot of you would say the same thing. Enjoy your work outs and all the good foods that you can prepare in your own kitchen and see those positive changes.
