How not to get abs?

So of course whilst in Paris I had to indulge in some of the local cuisine. In the above pics we have a ‘Madame burger’ – burger, bacon, cheese, fried egg. And a ‘taragon chicken tagliatelle’ which the name gives it all away. With a cocktail to compliment of course – pina colada and an amaretto on ice for the new ‘suave’ jam. 

As of tonight I am starting the ‘Lean in 15’ journey. Me and my dad are embarking together to hopefully share the cooking duties (and so dad can get all the ingredients). Initially we are going to trial it for a 4 week period and I’ll be sure to share all of the details as they come. 

First day back at the gym yesterday after 2 and a half weeks out and I shook like a leaf throughout the whole body pump session. Today my thighs and chest are feeling it but they’re gonna have to get over it as spin is not far away. 5 hours 45 mins to be precise. I’m really looking forward to getting back into the swing of things after a lovely little holiday. Also got the Kayla Itsine programme to smash which I’m a little scared about but it’s time to get the results I want.
