Throwing it back to this wonderful place to start. Javea ft. the Prictors. Only 2 weeks one day until I’m off on another adventure (lazing around attempting to catch a tan with an occasional sight see whilst enjoying copious amounts of good food)
Feeling a bit knackered this week whilst performing in my usual classes, Monday and Tuesday spin, Wednesday pump.
Probably due to nutrition so back to ‘My Fitness Pal’ and logging today. Also went out and brought tonnes of protein based foods last night as I’ve been really slapping in that department, not helped by the fact I live in a vegetarian household. If anyone has any knowledge of nutrition feel free to give me some pointers as I have absolutely no clue.
Giving myself a night off the gym tonight and treating myself to a trip to the cinema with POPCORN, cause why not. As much as I enjoy the gym it’s not the be all and end all of my life. Although I’m committed I’m also still a human that loves a social event and if that involves eating fatty foods and drinking fatty drinks then I’m all for it. And that’s normal in my eyes. If your gonna work hard then you need to praise yourself for it 🙂
Gonna be incorporating a little extra into my workouts from next week – stay tuned to find out what it is and keep up to date with whether it actually works for a standard person as opposed to the ‘instafamous’.
